Instructions for clubs

AFTER BASKETING
Follow the same procedure as for previously raced national flights.
Submit all basketing data to KBDB Online.
International + Hens + National + Provincial
Entry forms/poul letters must be submitted to KBDB Online.
Do not make any payments after basketing! Wait for the final invoice from Data Technologie.
After the results are finalized and the invoice is received,
pay the amount due to: COLOMBE JOYEUSE: BE68-7512-0668-7034

HAND OVER TO THE SUPERVISOR
– Fill out the vaccination form and hand it to the person coming to pick up the pigeons.
– The person coming to pick up the pigeons will hand over a waybill in quadruplicate to the person in charge of the club.
– This waybill must be completed in full and legibly and signed by the company representative.
– The pink copy remains in the packing room, the blue copy is for the collector, the yellow copy is for the lead supervisor, and the white cover sheet is for the national distributor

MISCELLANEOUS
– Only certified inspectors may be used, provided that a certificate of inspection has been issued to the owner.
– The regulations governing the use of prohibited substances in racing pigeons also apply to all participants. In the event of a violation, the pigeon will be withdrawn from the race and the entry fee forfeited in favor of the race.
– The National Racing Regulations (Art. 101 & Art. 103) apply in full.
– The club will also announce the time when the prizes—locally—are awarded in sets of three!

French fanciers who enter pigeons in Belgium, Germany, or Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
must have a permit issued by the French Pigeon Federation.
Otherwise, the pigeons will not be ranked!!
